This place is a gem with captivating river views and a quiet atmosphere. The room was clean and cozy, perfect after a long day of hiking. Breakfast had decent options, but the mattress could use improvement. A great choice for a budget-friendly stay near beautiful nature.

It was a budget place conveniently located 15 minutes from Aspen skiing.
It is definitely not fancy. But it has the basics.

The stay was real good. This hotel was a vacation base for skiing. Location: the property was near to The Riverside Grill. Found The Brick Pony Pub with perfect drinks 400 feet away. Had the riverside queen room which was bright with the window open.

Location was great. It is located in a very friendly little town about 20 minutes from Aspen. Loved being able to back up to our room door to unload our ski stuff. Beds were super comfortable and rooms were spacious. It was a good place to stay especially for the skiier. This is beautiful country.
The free breakfast was pretty basic. Could use a little improvement.

Breakfast was not as enjoyable as hoped. Danishes were old and selection more limited than we thought it would be.

clean rooms, convenient parking, accessibility to dining options
The lack of clear communication about room views is frustrating!!! The absence of air conditioning in summer is something I find misleading. It's time to be upfront about these details!!!

The King Suite with Spa Bath was spacious and comfortable. Fine views from the balcony made my mornings good. The location near the river allowed for peaceful strolls, and the convenient parking was a plus. Staff were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. The shower had persistent squeaking sounds that were a bit annoying. I would definitely consider returning despite that issue.

A Good Riverside Retreat!
We reveled in the soothing sounds of the Fryingpan River from our cozy King Suite with Spa Bath! The room was kinda updated, and it provided a perfect setting for a romantic getaway. Don't miss the nearby restaurant for a good meal.
